The Playbook Initiative, launched by the Boston Celtics in collaboration with the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation, is a leadership program designed to equip young people with tools to promote inclusion, diversity, and social change. Through interactive workshops and role-playing scenarios, 7th and 8th graders from all over Massachusetts will learn how to recognize and address bias, intervene in challenging social situations, and foster a culture of respect within their communities.
